1. Accounts
You must give accurate information when you create an account and keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Listings
Listings must describe the real item you own and may not include illegal, stolen or counterfeit goods. We may remove listings that break these rules.
3. Transactions
HuDat connects buyers and sellers. Until in-platform payments launch, any payment you make is directly between you and the other party.
4. Verification
Verification badges show that a check was completed. They are not a guarantee of any transaction outcome, item condition or seller behaviour.
5. Conduct
Harassment, fraud, spam and misleading information are not allowed and may lead to suspension.
